The use of logical fallacies is a key component in the process and support of the in continuo abuse. It would benefit all if one were to become familiar with basic logic. The Gay Militia
A cell of LAPD California has been running a de facto entrapment openly since June 17, 1987. This is the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution. They pertain ideologically to the school of Irrationalism. The are Pre-Fascists. They cognitive abilities and their culture lack the ability and skills to build a state or lead a nation.
I have been a heterosexual my entire life. TOTALITARIANISM WILL SEEK TO ISOLATE.
They are openly recruiting members of the LGBTi to harass persons. The racketeering of drug deals and other crimes are source of economics.
This is obtained by Prisoner's Dilemma. There is no rule of law or rights. I can indirectly confront these antisocial persons by advocating the conversion of Part II violent misdemeanors to Part I felonies.
This would be 3:1 first, 2:1, second, and 2:1 or 1:1 on the third infraction. This would make this individual eligible for Three
Strike laws at the federal and/or state level.

LAPD or The Flies (aka Lord of the Flies) will use false set theory and informal fallacies under relative morality to entrap persons.
This is a symptom of antisocial disorder, the killing off of conscience. Pathological lying is another prominent trait. Another feature is being an INFORMANT.

Here the air and water are poisoned. I cannot enter a building without the police spraying the building. All the running water and lakes have been contaminated by the police.
I do not support any Gay Militia. This structure is a RICO Structure. Under this Pontius Pilate Paradigm there is organization only for social and structural WRECKING.

Today I am beginning to organize the websites in a more systematic manner. There are new websites as Myth of the Contemporary Man and Origin. I am also beginning to use more technology as Dragon Naturally Speaking9. It will take some time to earn the full benefit of these applications. I am also learning Traction 3, a recording application that will help me create sheet music more rapidly than manual insertion on Finale Guitar. This will be on an Asus 1000he netbook.
Even though I am significantly marginalized, I will attempt to more assertively appear as a leader in exposing Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. Lassen County and the Eastern High Sierras are severely ruined. I see no reason to accommodate what is serious fraud by both the Obama and Schwarzenegger Administrations.

Recently two prominent LGBTi entertainers have made news and made statements that they are not civil rights leaders. I have been an Amnesty International grass roots activist for about 14 years.
I have considered this and will simply state the history that is real in my instance, contrary to the ongoing pervasive fraud. This is quite empowering and a culture of assertiveness needs to be developed, not dependency.
These small books were written under duress and are somewhat jagged. Both were composed in two takes. This is similar to what Sulochana has written but has more depth but is slightly more crude in places. I do not want to re-write. As it stands against a more finished piece such would be excellent for a developed rough draft.
This is stream of conscience writing under threshold.
What is unique is one sees the methodology of the United Kingdom and their philosophy to expansion. The Church of England is the state church. The British Empire is far flung and we can easily see how sychretism plays a role in their expansion and contraction.
I would posit that the UK was behind Rajneesh and his movement. This is where they will direct ISKCON and Gaudiya Vaishnvavism. This will be a Mayavadi - Bhuddist - Sahijaya line where it will not make any difference if one believes in God or not. Only the rituals of the Vedas will remain as long as they make one good.

Chapter 2 of the Bhagavad-Gita As It Is appears to be destined as a classic in the discussion of Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. Arjuna's bewilderment is due to his identification with the material body. He loses composure and his sense of duty as a ksatriya and a bhakta. Here there is a problem. I am only a low level kanistha and I am openly challenging the United States quite assertively of late. I am also making statements that I am taking shelter of my Vedic faith as an independent ritvik.
Here I have had some casual association with many devotees, I even write a few diksa gurus concerning this alienation.
I can chant japa, listen tapes, read the original books while being totally attacked by what is supposed to be homeland security, hence the police yet I have not quit after 22 years which will be June 17, 2009.

Gay Irrationalism – Gay Know Nothing and the Defeat of Gay Triumphalism

The planners in Cambridge Law School embraced a form of Gay Triumphalism and this was embodied in a culture of Gay Militants in LAPD. This was exemplified by the attack on then President Ronald Reagan on June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware.
One can note that the Artificial Cell Virus of MOEC is embedded in Gay Irrationalism. This is a sophisticated systems approach structure derived from prisoner's dilemma. It is probable that most researchers would only be able to discern this as a mutation of a Nash Equilibrium. This is profound for even Game Theory but permits elements of the defection to be picked up and restored from other plans that have been safe-housed elsewhere.
So there are systems effects since the manifest Chemical Assault that are that emanate from Gay Irrationalism-Gay Know Nothing negatively transforming the LGBTi movement along nodes that derive from Cambridge Law School, Scotland Yard, and LAPD. This would dictate a yield of Gay Fascist from an apologist position. Hence intellects appear who help obstruct justice and censorship.

Intro to Evolutionary Biology
Evolution is the cornerstone of modern biology. It unites all the fields of biology under one theoretical umbrella. It is not a difficult concept, but very few people -- the majority of biologists included -- have a satisfactory grasp of it. One common mistake is believing that species can be arranged on an evolutionary ladder from bacteria through "lower" animals, to "higher" animals and, finally, up to man. Mistakes permeate popular science expositions of evolutionary biology. Mistakes even filter into biology journals and texts. For example, Lodish, et. al., in their cell biology text, proclaim, "It was Charles Darwin's great insight that organisms are all related in a great chain of being..." In fact, the idea of a great chain of being, which traces to Linnaeus, was overturned by Darwin's idea of common descent.
Misunderstandings about evolution are damaging to the study of evolution and biology as a whole. People who have a general interest in science are likely to dismiss evolution as a soft science after absorbing the pop science nonsense that abounds. The impression of it being a soft science is reinforced when biologists in unrelated fields speculate publicly about evolution.
This is a brief introduction to evolutionary biology. I attempt to explain basics of the theory of evolution and correct many of the misconceptions.
What is Evolution?
Evolution is a change in the gene pool of a population over time. A gene is a hereditary unit that can be passed on unaltered for many generations. The gene pool is the set of all genes in a species or population.
The English moth, Biston betularia, is a frequently cited example of observed evolution. [evolution: a change in the gene pool] In this moth there are two color morphs, light and dark. H. B. D. Kettlewell found that dark moths constituted less than 2% of the population prior to 1848. The frequency of the dark morph increased in the years following. By 1898, the 95% of the moths in Manchester and other highly industrialized areas were of the dark type. Their frequency was less in rural areas. The moth population changed from mostly light colored moths to mostly dark colored moths. The moths' color was primarily determined by a single gene. [gene: a hereditary unit] So, the change in frequency of dark colored moths represented a change in the gene pool. [gene pool: the set all of genes in a population] This change was, by definition, evolution.
The increase in relative abundance of the dark type was due to natural selection. The late eighteen hundreds was the time of England's industrial revolution. Soot from factories darkened the birch trees the moths landed on. Against a sooty background, birds could see the lighter colored moths better and ate more of them. As a result, more dark moths survived until reproductive age and left offspring. The greater number of offspring left by dark moths is what caused their increase in frequency. This is an example of natural selection.
Populations evolve. [evolution: a change in the gene pool] In order to understand evolution, it is necessary to view populations as a collection of individuals, each harboring a different set of traits. A single organism is never typical of an entire population unless there is no variation within that population. Individual organisms do not evolve, they retain the same genes throughout their life. When a population is evolving, the ratio of different genetic types is changing -- each individual organism within a population does not change. For example, in the previous example, the frequency of black moths increased; the moths did not turn from light to gray to dark in concert. The process of evolution can be summarized in three sentences: Genes mutate. [gene: a hereditary unit] Individuals are selected. Populations evolve.
Evolution can be divided into microevolution and macroevolution. The kind of evolution documented above is microevolution. Larger changes, such as when a new species is formed, are called macroevolution. Some biologists feel the mechanisms of macroevolution are different from those of microevolutionary change. Others think the distinction between the two is arbitrary -- macroevolution is cumulative microevolution.

This an excellent small article that describes Fascism. It is quite shocking and compelling to observe how degraded the United States and the world has become. I am writing mostly federal officials that have jurisdiction over this disaster and will be more assertive in my these confrontations over the disintegration of constituional rights.
As an economic system, fascism is socialism with a capitalist veneer. The word derives from fasces, the Roman symbol of collectivism and power: a tied bundle of rods with a protruding ax. In its day (the 1920s and 1930s), fascism was seen as the happy medium between boom-and-bust-prone liberal capitalism, with its alleged class conflict, wasteful competition, and profit-oriented egoism, and revolutionary Marxism, with its violent and socially divisive persecution of the bourgeoisie. Fascism substituted the particularity of nationalism and racialism—“blood and soil”—for the internationalism of both classical liberalism and Marxism.
Where socialism sought totalitarian control of a society’s economic processes through direct state operation of the means of production, fascism sought that control indirectly, through domination of nominally private owners. Where socialism nationalized property explicitly, fascism did so implicitly, by requiring owners to use their property in the “national interest”—that is, as the autocratic authority conceived it. (Nevertheless, a few industries were operated by the state.) Where socialism abolished all market relations outright, fascism left the appearance of market relations while planning all economic activities. Where socialism abolished money and prices, fascism controlled the monetary system and set all prices and wages politically. In doing all this, fascism denatured the marketplace. Entrepreneurship was abolished. State ministries, rather than consumers, determined what was produced and under what conditions.
Fascism is to be distinguished from interventionism, or the mixed economy. Interventionism seeks to guide the market process, not eliminate it, as fascism did. Minimum-wage and antitrust laws, though they regulate the free market, are a far cry from multiyear plans from the Ministry of Economics.
Under fascism, the state, through official cartels, controlled all aspects of manufacturing, commerce, finance, and agriculture. Planning boards set product lines, production levels, prices, wages, working conditions, and the size of firms. Licensing was ubiquitous; no economic activity could be undertaken without government permission. Levels of consumption were dictated by the state, and “excess” incomes had to be surrendered as taxes or “loans.” The consequent burdening of manufacturers gave advantages to foreign firms wishing to export. But since government policy aimed at autarky, or national self-sufficiency, protectionism was necessary: imports were barred or strictly controlled, leaving foreign conquest as the only avenue for access to resources unavailable domestically. Fascism was thus incompatible with peace and the international division of labor—hallmarks of liberalism.
Fascism embodied corporatism, in which political representation was based on trade and industry rather than on geography. In this, fascism revealed its roots in syndicalism, a form of socialism originating on the left. The government cartelized firms of the same industry, with representatives of labor and management serving on myriad local, regional, and national boards—subject always to the final authority of the dictator’s economic plan. Corporatism was intended to avert unsettling divisions within the nation, such as lockouts and union strikes. The price of such forced “harmony” was the loss of the ability to bargain and move about freely.
To maintain high employment and minimize popular discontent, fascist governments also undertook massive public-works projects financed by steep taxes, borrowing, and fiat money creation. While many of these projects were domestic—roads, buildings, stadiums—the largest project of all was militarism, with huge armies and arms production.
The fascist leaders’ antagonism to communism has been misinterpreted as an affinity for capitalism. In fact, fascists’ anticommunism was motivated by a belief that in the collectivist milieu of early-twentieth-century Europe, communism was its closest rival for people’s allegiance. As with communism, under fascism, every citizen was regarded as an employee and tenant of the totalitarian, party-dominated state. Consequently, it was the state’s prerogative to use force, or the threat of it, to suppress even peaceful opposition.
If a formal architect of fascism can be identified, it is Benito Mussolini, the onetime Marxist editor who, caught up in nationalist fervor, broke with the left as World War I approached and became Italy’s leader in 1922. Mussolini distinguished fascism from liberal capitalism
in his 1928 autobiography:The citizen in the Fascist State is no longer a selfish individual who has the anti-social right of rebelling against any law of the Collectivity. The Fascist State with its corporative conception puts men and their possibilities into productive work and interprets for them the duties they have to fulfill. (p. 280)
Before his foray into imperialism in 1935, Mussolini was often praised by prominent Americans and Britons, including Winston Churchill, for his economic program.
Similarly, Adolf Hitler, whose National Socialist (Nazi) Party adapted fascism to Germany beginning in 1933, said:
The state should retain supervision and each property owner should consider himself appointed by the state. It is his duty not to use his property against the interests of others among his own people. This is the crucial matter. The Third Reich will always retain its right to control the owners of property. (Barkai 1990, pp. 26–27)
Both nations exhibited elaborate planning schemes for their economies in order to carry out the state’s objectives. Mussolini’s corporate state “consider[ed] private initiative in production the most effective instrument to protect national interests” (Basch 1937, p. 97). But the meaning of “initiative” differed significantly from its meaning in a market economy. Labor and management were organized into twenty-two industry and trade “corporations,” each with Fascist Party members as senior participants. The corporations were consolidated into a National Council of Corporations; however, the real decisions were made by state agencies such as the Instituto per la Ricosstruzione Industriale, which held shares in industrial, agricultural, and real estate enterprises, and the Instituto Mobiliare, which controlled the nation’s credit.
Hitler’s regime eliminated small corporations and made membership in cartels mandatory.1 The Reich Economic Chamber was at the top of a complicated bureaucracy comprising nearly two hundred organizations organized along industry, commercial, and craft lines, as well as several national councils. The Labor Front, an extension of the Nazi Party, directed all labor matters, including wages and assignment of workers to particular jobs. Labor conscription was inaugurated in 1938. Two years earlier, Hitler had imposed a four-year plan to shift the nation’s economy to a war footing. In Europe during this era, Spain, Portugal, and Greece also instituted fascist economies.
In the United States, beginning in 1933, the constellation of government interventions known as the New Deal had features suggestive of the corporate state. The National Industrial Recovery Act created code authorities and codes of practice that governed all aspects of manufacturing and commerce. The National Labor Relations Act made the federal government the final arbiter in labor issues. The Agricultural Adjustment Act introduced central planning to farming. The object was to reduce competition and output in order to keep prices and incomes of particular groups from falling during the Great Depression.
It is a matter of controversy whether President Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal was directly influenced by fascist economic policies. Mussolini praised the New Deal as “boldly . . . interventionist in the field of economics,” and Roosevelt complimented Mussolini for his “honest purpose of restoring Italy” and acknowledged that he kept “in fairly close touch with that admirable Italian gentleman.” Also, Hugh Johnson, head of the National Recovery Administration, was known to carry a copy of Raffaello Viglione’s pro-Mussolini book, The Corporate State, with him, presented a copy to Labor Secretary Frances Perkins, and, on retirement, paid tribute to the Italian dictator.

I am sending this small memo out to persons who I believe have an interest in
Gaudiya Vaishnavism at a legal, historical, and personal level. The United
States government is condoning what had historically been localized chemical
assaults into what is now a FULL BLOWN SCORCHED EARTH. Since February of 2007
surface water as large as the Colorado River, Owens River, and Salton Sea
in California have been chemically contaminated. This was code named Radhanatha
as a poison in the well tactic against an ISKCON diksa guru of this name.
I am an independent ritvik. I have spent over $20,000 on over 26 federal
lawsuits against the United States Government, Delaware State Police and ISKCON.
The later involves New Raman Reti. I have signed a release against those parties
which I will honor.
The most pressing issue is the chemical assault. New Raman Reti was desecrated.
The concrete factual basis of what chemical exposure will do to the evolutionary
biology of human and other species is imperative an may dictate the outcome. I
am a conspiracy theorist. I will totally posit the pump and dump recession we
are in is a prisoner's dilemma mechanism of the United Kingdom. In The
Bhagavad Gita Drupadi was married into several brothers on the side of
Arjuna in the Pandavas. This practice is to conserve property in the family.
A tactic of marginalization of equity creates class stratification and holds
down individuals and firms with low equity. Hence if one had 100 million dollars
and a competitor had 10 million dollars in the impure economy, it is a
probability that the first party would consider spending 20 million dollars to
eliminate the competitor. One would consider why not just buy out that party if
there is benefit.
There is Malthusian Autarky consideration that borders on a fascist
pre-genocidal tendency. It is more closer to the mentality of criminal drug
dealers or perhaps Saddam Hussein's sons who will fight to the end rather than
turn themselves in.
I have legally claimed that LAPD is running this Chemical Assault. They are
avenging LGBTi history.
As stated I am ritivik and supporting Proposition 8 in California and have

I am asking you for your help regardless of your position. on LGBTi. If

Here is a recent prompt and response that I made on an ex Gaudiya Vaishnava forum. I am definitively running short on viable options. There is a lot of diversity represented on the forum so in a historical sense one will not be able to posit that I did humble my person and give quite relevant information to attempt to HALT CATASTROPHIC ABUSE. I am running as hard as I can at United States Officials.
The crime committed is Chemical Assault. It is cognizable in the United States
as 8th Amendment. This is very difficult but is overtly manifest. It is also a
HATE Crime. This could be realized as 42 28 USC or the Civil Rights Act.
2. Victim of crime committed. (Such as you, or others
directly related.)
In the instance of the Open Letter To Markel - I am going to site all
residents of New Raman Reti in Feb - March 1995-96.
3. Accused. (Who is the person or group accused of the
crime? Remember you can only say as much as evidence clearly indicates.)
The Alachua County Sheriff is the chief code officer. LAPD and Delaware
should only offer Mutual Aid. LAPD is out jurisdiction so is under the color of
law. This is domestic hegemony.

If it occurred over time, state each noteworthy case individually.)
The crime of Chemical Scorched Earth is in continuo from June 17th, 1987 the
200th anniversary of the United States Constitution. I sued New Raman Reti under
RICO statutes and lost and later was given $500. I have a release against
Chandrasekhara swami who is now a guru and I believe is involved in the ISKCON
Prison Ministry.

This is a problem. In Alachua Florida, you will most likely find sheriff
deputies of this county driving around with common chemicals or controlled
substances as hydrochloric acid in their vehicles. One vehicle can destroy the
air for at least 100 square miles. You have two members of the Delaware State
Police in plainclothes there. The allegation is they are being run by LAPD who
is out of jurisdiction.

The platform of eternal is emerging as important point of departure in explaining the history of the I last 23 years. If one was to argue from my perspective, I am presenting my position from an independent ritvik position. I would recommend reading Krishna Kant Desai’s The Final Order as well as understanding the position of The Hare Krishna Society.
The resemblance of the ritvik position to the Reformation under Martin Luther King is not accidental.. This is not what I personally would desire but Gaudiya Vaishnavism in part is already well down that road.
The next issue after guru succession would be LGBTi concerns. Here I am staunchly defending exclusive heterosexuality. I am being very seriously attacked by chemical assault which is now a full blown scorched earth. I am not an expert on human sexuality or abnormal psychology but I have a competent background in social science and philosophy and will give a presentation that is more professional than the memo style I have been forced to adopt.
I wish Srila Prabhupada had been systematic on LGBTi concerns. In my opinion it is totally clear he was against homosexuality but the initiation and fast rise of many closeted gays leaves one to wonder. I am not wishing to commit aparadha or offense but I must make my position clear.
I believe that if the ritviks or any remaining mathas in Gaudiya Sampradaya is to be successful they must be clear as to what is the correct samskara, must be transparent as to why one is accepted or rejected, and who made the decision and why.
Scorched Earth and the Attack on Hare Krishna Movement

My name is Bhakta David Nollmeyer. I am a ritvik follower of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. I have been victimized by a chemical assault - scorched earth attack since June 17, 1987. This is exactly the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution. This began in Dover, Delaware. Delaware was the first state to ratify the Constitution on December 7, 1787. Joseph Biden vice president, was then the senior senator from Delaware and his son Beau Biden now is the state attorney general.
I have alleged that LAPD has orchestrated the event. This appears to be very strong and credible. The allegation is that Cambridge Law School organized the event in the 1930s and have handed the event down through Scotland Yard and LAPD. The Delaware State Police and Baltimore City Police Department are also constants.
LAPD CONTAINS A GAY MILITANCY WHICH IS ALLEGEDLY AVENGING LGBTi HISTORY.
In reality they are fighting to fight now with no principle and are the worst event in LGBTi history and especially ISKCON.
I am a lifelong heterosexual and interpret the VEDAS and Original Books from the heterosexual perspective.
I am a reasonably respectable practioner of the four regulative principles and usually chant 16 rounds a day. I claim no special advancement.
I AM REQUESTING THAT THE DEVOTEE COMMUNITY STEP FORWARD AND RECOGNIZE MY PLIGHT BY POSTING ON THE INTERNET AND WRITING PUBLIC OFFICIALS THROUGH Congress.org.

Here are events that lead up to and include the Hare Krishna Movement in continuo.
In 1985 and 1986 I was living in Berkeley, California. I was attending the Sunday Feast Programs. I can remember Gadadhara, Tk, and Hamsadutta. Puranjana was giving lectures at this time. In late 1985 Sulochana visited the temple in December. I did not see him.
Later the Delaware State Police in 1986 swept in from Delaware with the instruction of LAPD. Then Captain Marvel entrapped Hamsaduta. He was arrested for brandishing a gun out the window of a car through Berkeley.
What is horrific about these sweeps is that they are usually conducted with targeted chemical assaults which is the placing of chemicals as sulfur and hydrochloric acid in auto engines and circulation systems in buildings.
Captain Marvel would of have normally been considered a stalwart code enforcement officer. He is a member of the Marvel family of comic books. He, despite his family heritage has not understood the varna of his occupation and stepped forward on these chemical assaults.
So what has happened is that from an epistemological standpoint all that I can see, hear, taste, touch or smell becomes chemically assaulted. THIS IS NOW A FULL BLOWN SCORCHED EARTH.
I AM PURSUING THE DELAWARE STATE POLICE BY THE MECHANISM MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY.
Later in earlier 1986 Sulochana was murdered and I was being severely HARASSED by the police for a LSD deal that originated from Berkeley. I did not entrap anyone. The entrapment was from LAPD and Delaware. The bust in Delaware of a few hundred hits was orchestrated by LAPD causing chaos in Berkeley sending in police from Delaware.
I TRULY APOLOGIZE TO ALL THE DEVOTEES AND LIVING ENTITIES FOR THIS FAILURE AND ASK FOR YOUR FORGIVENESS.
Captain Marvel caused a mini epic of commotion in Berkeley. Even Peace Mom witnessed some of the antics which are to numerous to describe here and maybe she will be called to testify later among other past Berkeley fixtures.
The chemical assault prevents the event from being prosecuted because this would DESTROY THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT and the UNITED KINGDOM.
In 1995 I attempted to go to New Ramen Reti to ask for help. Hridayananda Maharaj was present. The community attempted to let me stay there but did nothing to openly and directly challenge LAPD.
Hridayananda Maharaj has recently stepped outward on LGBTi issues. I am currently supporting Proposition 8 in California.
New Raman Reti was chemically desecrated. I SUED New Raman Reti for outrageous conduct as the tort of false imprisonment as slamming car doors outside the temple to intimidate one from entering mangala aroti. Chandrasekhara swami also attempted to conduct a BRAINWASHING EPISODE.
If LAPD had not intervened I would have owned New Raman Reti. I would of gave it back to some of the devotees.
I have attempted to purchase texts from Krishna Culture and they have been desecrated. I am currently wintering in Desert Shores, California.
THE SALTON SEA IS CHEMICALLY CONTAMINATED. ALL SURFACE WATER, ENTIRE RESERVOIRS AND LAKES ARE CONTAMINATED AS WELL AS POTABLE WATER IN STORES AND BUILDINGS IN MY AREA. I WILL MOVE TO MT. SHASTA IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA IN THE SUMMER AND THE LAKES WILL GET HIT.
THIS EVENT OF POISONING SURFACE WATER IS CODE RADHANATHA. THIS IS A RED HERRING ON RADHANATHA SWAMI.
He does not have any relationship to LAPD that I know of.
I do believe that LAPD murdered Sulochana.
This would have been ordered by an officer(s) under the code name The Fly taken for the Lord of the Flies. An earlier code name used would be Periander in the 1970s and early 1980s. Periander is the tyrant the Midas Man myth is based upon.
I have already spent over $20,000 on federal lawsuits.
The History of ISKCON, and Srila Prabhupada, and the Hare Krishna Movement writ large are entangled in legal and academic history.
I again request that devotees all over the world make a stand and help recognize the aperture of chemical assaults which are in the same species as biological and nuclear strategic weapons.
I am responding openly to US Attorney Holder’s accusation that persons are cowards for not confronting racism.
In a interesting twist I am one day older than Barack Obama being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, NM. A devotee has presented the president with a Hanuman murti. Barack Obama is condoning a chemical assault. Many persons around the world do not realize that you have a small ratio of a full blown scorched earth placed over your genealogy. Currently the situation along the Salton Sea is heavily escalated under a chemical scorched earth. I have stated that this event has been wrought forth by Gay Irrationalism - Gay Fascism. I will give an example that is in continuo as I write. LAPD will pair myself and Sudama prabhu a senior devotee, who has died of AIDS in the past two years.
I am a STRICT HETEROSEXUAL by behavior and identity or siddha swarupa. I am not sure what exactly my sidda deha is in the Spiritual Sky. There is no way the LGBTi or any other homosexual based same sex (MSM for males) can state that these orientations exist outside of the material nature.
Since I have never engaged in male same sex there is very little behavioristicaly one can compare between myself and Sudama prabhu. This is a very malicious way to attack Krishna Consciousness. One aspect of my now 22 year SURVIVAL UNDER GAY IRRATIONALISM - GAY FASCISM is my resiliency to external stimulus - chemical assault and harassment.
I am not supporting Gay Monogamy as per Hrdayanada Maharaj or Amara Das of GALVA. I have been a strong supporter of Proposition 8 here to ban Gay Marriage in California.
This prisoner’s dilemma concept is escalated to entangle Hrdayananda Maharaj. I am a ritvik devotee and make no pretensions about being advanced.
I am confronting several federal and state authorities over the chemical scorched earth. I do not believe my chances of survival to 2020 are more than ten percent. I am exactly one day older than Barack Obama (47 years).
By following the four regulative principles of no meat eating, no illicit sex - LGBTi behaviors, no drug use, and no gambling I would have easily survived past 2020.
The Vedic culture within it’s core contains an efficient material and spiritual survival plan. Any LGBTi person should take head about their association and contacts.

The spiritual nature of Krishna as Purusha cannot be transformed as material elements under the control of the three modes of nature. Space and time cannot affect the ABSOLUTE TRUTH. This entity alone has the power to transform the latter not the reverse. The gradual path of regulated bhakti yoga as vaidhi bhakti should be regulations to elevate the sadhaka in a progressive manner. The arguments that different countries are legalizing Gay Marriage is not a principle of which sadhana practices are derived. Hence spirit transforms matter not that matter transforms spirit. This is irrational.

Feb 07, CALIFORNIA, USA (SUN) — Hridayananda Goswami's Apology about Statements on Gay Marriage and Blessing.
Dear Devotees, Jaya Srila Prabhupada. A letter of blessings that I sent to a gay couple has caused an extraordinary amount of controversy, and so I am writing here to clarify my understanding of this issue, and the intention of my letter.
In the Bhagavad-gita 17.15, Lord Krishna states that “Austerity of speech consists in speaking words that are truthful, pleasing, beneficial, and not agitating to others…”
I have clearly failed to some extent in this duty as prescribed by Lord Krishna, given the bitter and insulting nature of some responses. I sincerely apologize to the devotees for this evident failure.
I have been accused of harboring thinly veiled political motives, or of seeking to impose upon ISKCON a new and de facto social reality regarding homosexual relations. To the devotees, even to the incredulous, I state here that none of this was my intention. In my letter, as I will later explain in detail, I sought, and apparently failed, to strike a balance that would not convulse ISKCON. The great agitation produced by my letter shows that I failed in my intent, for which I again apologize.
I am keenly aware that I do not have the right within ISKCON to unilaterally establish policy on this matter, and my intention was not to preempt, nor to pressure or coerce, a GBC decision on the issue.
Ironically, my own views on homosexuality are seen by the world in general as rather conservative and indeed those views often disappoint gay rights activists. As stated in an earlier paper I wrote on this topic:
1. I do not advocate, nor perform, gay marriage. I accept the view of Srila Prabhupada, (and, by the way, of the well-known gay musician, Elton John) that marriage historically has been, and should remain, a heterosexual institution.
2. Although science proves that a segment of the population is born with a homosexual orientation, and although homosexuality is thus natural for that group, I do not believe that what is natural for an individual or a group of individuals, is necessarily natural for society. Therefore I seek a balance that respects the genetically, unavoidably homosexual nature of an individual, as well as the natural right of society as a whole to privilege heterosexuality as its social norm.
In my letter, which was addressed to educated non-devotees, I began by saying:
"Our love for each other is a reflection of God's love for us. Thus, the perfection of every relationship is to see God in each other.”
Since Krishna’s love for us is pure, I believed that serious devotees would understand, from the beginning of my statement, that I was speaking of spiritual love, rather than mundane, bodily lust. I believed they would see that I was encouraging the persons involved to see Krishna within each other, and thus fully transcend the bodily concept of life. I then stated:
"May God bless [these] devoted souls, as they commit themselves to each other in the spirit of God's love for them. May [they] always please God through true love for each other.”
Clearly we please Krishna by renouncing all sinful activities and selfish desires, and I made this very clear to both parties in private conversations. In other words I offered blessings not for their sense gratification, but for the exact opposite: the giving up of any activity not pleasing to Krishna. I referred to them as “devoted souls” because I do not believe that a person genetically wired for homosexuality is necessarily “bestial” or “demonic” as some apparently feel.
Irrefutable history shows us that many sincere souls born with a homosexual orientation have struggled sincerely to serve Srila Prabhupada's mission, and to awaken their dormant love for Krishna, despite an often heavy private and social burden. I cannot see such souls, as some apparently do, as disgusting freaks, willfully and obscenely offending God and nature by their genetic makeup. I am well aware of Srila Prabhupada's statements on this matter and I am confident that a mature, thorough knowledge of Prabhupada’s preaching content and style makes possible a more moderate interpretation of those statements. I feel that I am well prepared to logically defend this view though I will not belabor it here.
I also do not go to the other extreme of denying that homosexuality, in some ways, is problematic within a spiritual society. The special burden of devotees born with this condition can only be fully eliminated by their own spiritual enlightenment.
In the last paragraph of my letter, I said:
"By such true spiritual love, may they always be, each for the other, a source of spiritual inspiration and happiness. May their relationship lead them, patiently and steadily, back to our real home in the spiritual world, where all relationships become eternal and perfect."
I believed that devotees would recognize the language of true spiritual love as referring to pure Krishna consciousness, far beyond the bodily concept of life, far above any form of sexuality. And clearly a relationship that leads people back to the spiritual world must be a relationship which, through genuine devotion and sacrifice, has become fully pleasing to Krishna.
Not a word in my letter addresses current social or political issues related to homosexuality. Not a word in my letter claims a legal status for homosexual couples, be it marriage or civil union.. As a Vaishnava teacher, not as a political operative, nor as a renegade policy maker, I prayed to Krishna that He guide two sincere souls to His lotus feet.
That I expressed this sincere wish in a manner that was not sufficiently sensitive to the concerns of other sincere Vaishnavas, I admit. I truly regret this failing on my part. However, that I acted with political motives, I vehemently deny.
Let us take this situation as an opportunity to earnestly discuss how we may best preserve our sacred principles: both our moral rigor as well as our deep compassion.

I am republishing a letter posted from 2008 that was written Hrdayananda Maharaj around 1995. Since I am going to go public with renewed vigor regarding eugenics, state planning, Gaudiya Vaishnavism and scorched earth against competent authorities this record gives backing to my case. I did not support gay monogamy in 1995 or now. I will also post Hrdayanada Maharaja's apology for a gay blessing soon.
I have just reviewed a letter written to Hrdayanada over ten years past. I never received a response. It is also contained within a book I wrote entitled Origin. The letter was conceived at New Raman Reti during scorched earth. As seen no leader within the Hare Krishna Movement has recognized the current injustice. I clearly have a long record of opposition which I am becoming more strident in. New Raman Reti's service has been to establish sanatana dharma. The question in essence is when to obey human laws or reject such. Prisoner's Dilemma is explained at the supra national level.

I have heard that when a situation where a combination of the modes of nature, or just one, sattya, raja, or tama predominate a particular area or building, it is beneficial if qualified Brahmins are sent into restore or neutralize the imbalance by re-establishing the Vaishnava principles and Vedic civilization.
In regards to this knowledge I would prefer if you would explain the use of defection.
Currently all nation-states, supra-national organizations, the UN, as well as the lower level sovereigns (legally sanctioned) live in a state of anarchy, order, and constraints. The international relations are more in anarchy with rule by positive law held in a minimum of norms of theoretical laws and a small level of supra-national regimes by positive law.
The reciprocation of nation-states and regimes uses defection to promote interests and seems to promote interests of policy of a particular group or alignment over the constitutional sovereignty of one independent actor.
One interest seems to predominate by hegemony or its alignment. The levels of sovereignty that are weaker defect to one or more sides in anarchic patterns that defy rationality and law. This multilateral, bilateral, unilateral relationship, third party conflict is support for the systematic patterns of defection that lead to war.
As one or more interests expands its regime or its will to empire or exert authority, at a lower level actors to take corresponding positions that cause defection to occur at levels of heads of state to the average citizens including devotees.
For a person whose only interest is to develop pure devotional service, the problem now brings is that conflicts become unavoidable and the coercive general will or force of law moves upon these actors to defect, to reciprocate with the regimes that are stronger willed.
The result in this escalated conflict is the actor often compromise laws and moral (spiritual) standards. There is no sovereign authority to implicate belligerents at the international level. They go on unprosecuted.
At the lower level, regimes have defected in this billiard ball effect, have yielded to force and have implicated themselves in the positive law.
My question I would like to postulate is what is the devotees’ position in rendering service to guru and sampradaya?
Can or can he not defect to regimes and will in support of these in regards to national and local authorities in measures that these imply or directly break statutes? The greater consideration being there are citizens and properties under states and governors.
I would like to refer to John 10, King James Version 5:10:8 “All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep do not here them.
John 10:10 “The thief comes not but for to steal and to kill and to destroy. I am come that they might have life and have to more abundantly for the sheep.
John 10: 14 “ I am the good shepherd and know my sheep and are known by them.”
John 10: 16 “And other sheep I have which are not of this fold. Them I also must bring and there shall be one shepherd.”
John 10:17 “ Therefore doth my father love me because I lay down for my life for sheep.”
Is an explanation now needed of sanatana-dharma? Is the conclusion of the devotee and non-devotee bound to reciprocate with authority both spiritual and mortal? That to defect means one should have strict adherence to spiritual and legal precepts and to not take an option under the sway of force. How does the devotee choose? What is the position of the devotee who has no knowledge of its science? What obligation does guru have in regards to Sri Krishna, the sampradaya, the world, and all living entities in general?
Is being duty bound and legally bound the case for all?

This is what a friend suggested an ISKCON of the future might look like, as bifurcated by the divergent tendencies of each group towards traditionalism and progressivism. The rest of his comment is as below:
I suggest that perhaps like other churches ISKCON may want to split up into these two. In other words why not have
International Society for Krsna Consciousness (Orthodox), and
International Society for Krsna Consciousness (Reformed)
Both could be parts of the same society and be governed by a common (orthodox) GBC or there could be a real split and there could be a separation or dividing up of properties and separate governing bodies constituted.
These terms are non-political non-threatening and are the ones that most Churches use. Both have an air of respectability about them.
ISKCON (Orthodox)
Non-Democratic (Social Hierarchy of Varnas and Ashrams)
Patriarchical
No meat, fish or eggs and many other restrictions based on smritis.
No Spiritual Divorce (Legal Divorce OK, Separation OK, Remarriage OK, so that members can be polygamous and/or polyandrous in societies where this is not legal, once married always considered by Church as spouses, responsible for each other and children.)
No Dating. Arranged Marriages preferred.
No Contraception except abstinence.
No Abortion.
No taking of Varnaprastha or Sannyasa without providing for wife and family.
Tighter interpretation of other principles, investment/speculation/lottery tickets, etc. = gambling; tobacco, tea, coffee, chocolate, prescription drugs, etc = intoxication (as well as other illegal drugs).
Strict adherence to Vedic standards and Church rules required for membership. Breaking of standards and Church rules requires prayascitta and/or punishment by authorities. Excommunication for non-compliance. Reinstatement of membership after repentance, punishment, sastric prayascitta and long grace period.
Emphasis on minimum 16 rounds of japa and strict daily attendance of Temple program.
Church aims at having all members take harinam and diksha. Members who remain without any diksha will not be allowed to hold any Church office or lead any Church gathering or program (lecture, kirtan, cook, etc). Thus respect amongst members is based upon formal diksha as well as scriptural knowledge and strict adherence to Vedic standards.
Church structure: GBC members must be held to a very high Vedic standard (the standard for GBC must be more than for any other position, sannyasa, guru, whatever) and must immediately be removed for non-adherence. GBC then authorizes other positions, like TPs, Sannyasa, Guru, etc. All positions appointed from the top down.
ISKCON (Reform)
Democratic
Egalitarian
No meat, fish or eggs.
Spiritual Divorce and Remarriage OK (Monogamy including Gay Monogamy OK)
Dating one prospective spouse at a time OK. Relationships arranged by individuals.
Prevention of conception methods OK.
No Abortion.
Looser interpretation of other principles. Casino gambling and drinking of hard liquor forbidden (as well as hard drugs) (beer and wine acceptable in private moderation). Disdain for those who smoke or use tobacco and/or marijuana (public smoking unacceptable). Other lesser forms considered acceptable (practically harmless).
Public adherence to Local State Laws required for membership. Public breaking of principles requires member to confess the sin and thus be forgiven. Excommunication only for leading others astray and engaging them in extremely sinful and/or illegal conduct. Reinstatement of membership after confession, expression of repentance and short grace period.
Emphasis on kirtan/bhajan and Sunday Temple attendance. Other sadhana encouraged but not required.
Church encourages members to take at least harinam. Members who remain without any diksha should accept siksha from SP's teachings or a siksha guru. Members who are simply Siksha disciples of SP (without any formal diksha) can be given as much respect and position as those with formal diksha (this would be akin to rtvikism). Thus respect amongst members is based solely on observable devotion and advancement.
Church structure: Temple Presidents elected by congregations. GBC elected by TPs. Bottom up Democratic system. Sannyasins accepted by sannyasa assembly and ministry. No objection to Sannyasins or Gurus by GBC unless there is a history of extremely sinful and/or illegal behavior on the part of the individual.

What you are proposing as reform has no basis in guru, shastra, or sadhu. Bhaktivinoda has described sani-sahijaya as practices that equate mundane sex life to sadhana practices.
I find this ironic as ISKCON diksa practioners reject ritvikism but are accommodating this type activity as Prabhupada Seva. The GBC proclaims it has no other reason for existence other than to execute the orders and directives of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
Are any senior devotees or GBC on board with this type of discussion?

The lack of recognition be Barack Obama to uphold my rights now that he is the sworn president only clarifies his lack of character and the probabilities that this strawman approach will yield on all that depend on rights and not power to survive. Here I will legally and historically state in the particularity of my case one will discern various groupings that are designed to impair constitutionality under the guise of leveling.
It is crystal clear that I will end this event propagating a heterosexuality based on a universal natural law that is the same for all under a Godhead - Krishna that is the same for all. So morality is derived a priori from the eternal law in descent. However I am totally concerned here with regaining real legal person before the court.
Since the Chemical Assault has escalated the mob rule is less. This is an immediate concern and if not remedied will destroy Barack Obama's presidency.
The Catholic Church has had severe damage inflicted upon from clergy abuse. This is true of ISKCON. The Protestants and Evangelicals have been freer although a priest from the Colorado area is revealing that he had consensual same sex relations.
LAPD will be compared with the Delaware State Police. Both have been scandal racked in the last ten years.
The Republicans and Democrats are forming a Perfect Dictatorship that is emergent and is threat to faith and democracy writ large.
The emergence of LGBT family rearing has been impaired through folly.
It is unique to note that Hrdayanada Maharaj and Amara dasa prabhu of GALVA are still being used as fronts for my position which is false.
I will argue that events in Kazakhstan and Costa Rica are related to events here.
Barack Obama should be avoided and the constitution he swore to uphold be followed as legally as possible. Mary Bono R - Palm Springs is also 47 as is Barack and myself. The probability of this event being recognized in their lifetime is quite high and I do not posit them doing well.

Mechanical failures are emerging at the beginning of the New Year. The bahiranga shakti has a will of it's own and wishes to check the antaranga potency at every step. On the spiritual level the recent months have become quite contentious with lawsuits in Bangalore, India and with the Iskcon Inc. with the BBTi.
Here I will state also that the issues of LGBT, property squabbles , and child molestation are related to events to my persecution. This will spill over onto Barack Obama. The vaishnava Arizona group attempting to develop Sedona should take care in aggrandizing Gov. Janet Napolitano and Barack Obama. This would also include Joe Biden from Delaware. Gov. Richardson of New Mexico has opted out of his Commerce Secretary appointment. I was born in New Mexico and this state will get hit hard.
This picture was from Flagstaff, AZ. I was contemplating a direct confrontation with Gov. Napolitano but decided not just for a few seconds or minutes.
