Disctrict of California, MC - 100 and MC - 101 were dismissed by Judge Wanger. The respondents in the suit were one time Attorney
General William Lockyer and LAPD Chief Bernard Parks. I have waited 8 years to have the cases dismissed. I can be patient.
I have spent over $20,000 dollars over 13 years to attempt to defeat tyranny, defend
my faith, other natural persons, and my integrity. Others must consider stepping up to the cause and not be dependent. I have
attempted ov er 26 Federal Lawsuits. All have been dismissed sua ponte by a corrupt judiciary.
In a realistic sense part of your suffering should be laid at the United States
Federal Court under Judge Rehnquist and Judge Roberts.
I will begin to research the concept of the Informant as a basis for the acceptance
or rejection of a Sovereign. Here Cambridge UK, the alleged authorship has synchretized Thrasymachus, Antichrist, and Kamsa.
The latter is from the Vedas.
Here we can surmise that Stalin was also an informant to the USSR as a strong
man himself subject to the threat of usurpation to his autocratic rule.
Also problematic is the corruption and collusion of the 2008 Presidentail Candidates

David Nollmeyer is seeking legal recognition for his de facto status in the USA as a political prisoner. Totalitarianism
seeks to isolate the individual from the whole. An identity based mythology is being developed to create the illusion that
the victim is using de facto tactics to resolve the conflict and that religion, natural law, and positive law support his
treatment. The secondary movers LAPD and agents Unnamed Baltimore are questioning my lifelong heterosexuality by contrasting
such with their orientations. The above are projecting their value system over David Nollmeyer while the state of impunity
is in-continuo.
In brief David Nollmeyer is a follower of the Vedic faith with an orthodox perspective. The authoritative

the followers of the Grateful Dead, and the Pagan motorcycle gang of Delaware. David Nollmeyer is allegedly a supporter of
criminal contraband operations of various scale in some correlation of the above which is FALSE. I am totally opposed to gang
culture of any type but do not blacklist individuals who are attempting to exit this culture.
In short, I am a follower
of social conservative issues consistent with varna-asrama, the Vedic social systems model. Such is an absolute morality and
is diverse of persons. I am not a supporter of moral relativism.
I am not a follower of the Reverend Jesse Jackson.
I do not aggrandize any popular movie, entertainment, or musical figure. David Nollmeyer is usually portrayed as a Deadhead
follower of Jerry Garcia or if this is not believed to be true then the heavy metal genre writ large is substituted.
The
propaganda is based on a dependent personality acting out a fetish with an idol. A fixation of an intellectual age and maturity
of 20 years old is constantly maintained.
An Oedipal dysfunction is profiled regarding separation from the mother.
The natural mother resides in Delaware. Any object in this territoriality is magnified. In degree would be substance abuse
and its proliferation. Currently I am in California; such is devolved to Northern California, Mendocino Co., and Humboldt

as law enforcement, business, and senior citizens will have to reconcile the reality of a poor historical performance against
a preferential treatment that may have been expected historically. A manifest function in space and time is followed by a
latent function or dysfunction.
The survival of the individual and species as well as a sustainable culture are tested as the system incorporates maladaptive

Improvements
In the forthcoming months higher powers permitting, I will attempt to gradually
enhance this site. This will involve perhaps some promotion, pictures, and a greater degree of content.
Fate has struck in the form of weather here in California and such dictates the
outcome to a certain degree. So in this manner if persons are interested in recieving very pertinent authoratative facts that
the official government and mass media will not touch follow along.
I can not make any quantative proclamations but I can gurantee that if you follow
this site you will be informed of events that only a few people out the 6 billion inhabitants of our earth are aware
of.
